About the Conference

A gathering for memory, justice, and accountability.

The 1st Truth Commission Conference marks the Commission's first national gathering and the presentation of its Six-Month Report on its truth-seeking, documentation, survivor accompaniment, and accountability work. The conference will also observe Araw ng Katotohanan (Day of Truth)—a national space to honor victims and survivors, amplify their voices, examine the lessons emerging from the Commission’s work, and strengthen the collective pursuit of truth, justice, healing, and institutional reform.

Conference Highlight

The Truth Commission will present a series of reports examining the human cost of extrajudicial killings, forensic evidence, trauma and healing, and emerging legal and policy lessons.
